If you would like to request deletion of your personal data from Klicky.ai, please follow the instructions below. We will process all requests within 30 days.

How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Klicky.ai account. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted
- Your account and profile information
- Your business details and settings
- All appointment records associated with your account
- WhatsApp notification templates and message history
- Any uploaded images (logo, gallery)

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, billing records, and legal compliance. Retained data is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
